Refund policy

RETURNING PRODUCTS FROM OUR CATALOG:

We must tell you that we make the most awesome furniture, which we carefully handcraft upon receiving your order and test it for quality before sending it out to become a piece of loving art at your home. This means that our return rate is almost non-existent. However, bad things do happen. So, if our furniture arrives damaged or if you are totally unhappy with it, then please call us at +91 98454 45589 or drop us a mail at cs@custhum.com within 48 hours of receiving the furniture. We'll make sure that we do everything in our means to make it right!

RETURNING CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS:

We’re sorry, but these products cannot be returned or exchanged once an order has been placed.

Here's why: These products are finalized following an extensive designing process, the design is mutually agreed upon with you and only then is it exclusively handcrafted by our wood artisans for you. But fret not, call or write to us at +91 98454 45589 or cs@custhum.com, and we'll try come up with a solution.

CHECKING FOR DEFECTS:

Check for broken units or missing accessories. One happens (very, very rarely) due to handling during transport and the other by human error (once in a rare chance - you should see the checklists that we use to make sure we don't miss out anything).

If you find something amiss, please send us a picture of the packaging and the product. We'll call you immediately to resolve the problem. We always take care of our own.

​Please note: At times our wood has dents, irregularities or pronounced knots. These are not defects; these are things that assure you that we've used sustainable wood wherever possible.

ISSUING REFUNDS:

Refund, where applicable, will be done via NEFT only (we will call/email you for your Bank details).

Refund will be initiated within 5 working days of intimation and upon receiving bank details. Once the refund has been initiated, the standard bank guidelines for NEFT will apply.
